things I can’t wait for…

august 2nd is the day I’ve been waiting for in almost as eager anticipation as the release of the last Harry Potter!!!

if you’re not hip to the twilight series, the fourth and final book is being released on August 2nd nationwide.  I will be at Barnes and Noble on August 1st, eagerly awaiting the book going on sale at midnite August 2nd.  I’m also stoked that it’s coming out on a Friday which gives me Saturday to annihalate that beast…  I’ve actually started re-reading the first 3 to refresh for this one.

I know that everyone wants Bella to end up with Edward, but I have a soft spot for Jacob.  He was there to pick her up and put her back together and he’s got some shot at normalcy.  Please don’t send me hate mail because of my opinion… it’s just my thought.  It obviously wouldn’t be the series if it wasn’t Edward and Bella… but I feel sad for Jacob and his broken heart.

Anyway I guess we can’t know what happens until the book comes out.  I wasn’t surprised that Stephenie had requested forums about the book and misc. other venues to be shut down before the release of the book.  I also think it’s pretty cool that she’s going to be coming to Seattle on the book tour.  Sad I didn’t find out about it until all the tickets were sold out.  **sighs**

anyway… that’s my rant for the day.
